On 23 April 1987, Bond University was given its University status by an Act of the State of Queensland’s Parliament.
Modelled on the traditions of the world’s best educational institutions to provide an educational experience of the highest international standards, the University continues to be recognised both in Australia and internationally as a leading not-for-profit university, where 100% of tuition fees are reinvested in ensuring their students have access to world-class facilities and learning resources, and learn under the guidance of expert academics.
Bond University is recognised as an accredited Australian university by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Bond’s courses for international students are registered with the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
