Administrative Duties:
➡️ Process student applications including liaising with the marketing team, recruitment partners and institution partners, ensuring timely turnaround from application to point of enrolment.
➡️ Maintain administrative processes that allow self and others to accurately deliver a high standard of service and/or provide information to relevant stakeholder’s expectations.
➡️ Assist with enquiries & requests from recruitment partners.
➡️ Provide high quality administrative and customer service to the recruitment partners and institution partners.
➡️ Contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of Yes Education generally, and specifically the admission and enrolment functions.
➡️ Other relevant duties as required.
Require Qualification/Experience:
✅ Hold a bachelor’s degree or above level qualification.
✅ Relevant work experience handling student application for Australia, USA, Canada & UK.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
✅ Exceptional organisational skills combined with the ability to build relationships.
✅ Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
✅ Quick learner and ability to adapt to internal systems.
✅ Ability to multitask.
✅ A flexible and adaptable attitude.
✅ Good understanding in International Education Industry is essential.
✅ Good computer skills include Microsoft office package.
